New York litigation firm Moses Singer LLP and a former partner, who alleged the company unjustly fired her after she requested workplace accommodations while pregnant, have agreed to settle, according to court documents.
Megan Daneshrad filed a letter stating the parties reached a settlement in principle, prompting a Thursday order of dismissal in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
